PLEASE NOTE
If you have multiple bins to be cleaned over different service cycles, a new booking form must be submitted for each service cycle (e.g. Garbage bin to be cleaned fortnightly, but Recycling bin monthly, then you must submit a booking form for each bin as they are on different service cycles).
