Online Booking Process – 3 Easy Steps

Step 1 – From the options below select your bin type

Step 2 – Fill out the booking form

Step 3 – Submit your booking request (please allow 24 hours for us to process)

Once we have processed your booking request we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that we may need to contact you to confirm your booking and payment details.

A tax invoice will then be emailed to you on your service date, or soon thereafter. Payment is due 5 days after your service date, unless otherwise arranged.

The invoice can be paid by clicking the ‘Pay Now’ button. Payment options are by Credit/Debit Card, BPAY or Bank Deposit via EFT.

Customers who have booked one of our recurring service packages (ie. Fortnightly, Monthly) will be issued a tax invoice for each service date, unless otherwise arranged.

Note – If you don’t have access to an email address, you can call us on 0432 031 813 and we will take your booking and payment over the phone. Please note that you will need a Debit or Credit Card for phone payments.
